You have complete control over how much money you have invested with us. If your situation or your goals change, you can, at any time, alter the risk levels associated with your funds or the amount of money you contribute to them. We will reconfirm our understanding of the changes in your circumstances, and, if appropriate, change your allocation on the next rebalancing date.

If you want to withdraw money, you can do so at any time and we’ll return it to your bank account as soon as we can.

You can pay as much or as little attention to your investments as you like; we want to do everything we can to make it simple for you to stay in control of your money and achieve your financial goals. Along the way we’ll maintain an open line of communication. We’ll check in with you periodically to make sure that you understand what’s happening with your money. We also produce charts and diagrams so that, if you want, you can dig deeper into where your money is invested.
