Terms and conditions

The Offer 


1. The following terms and conditions apply to this Income Investing offer promotion (the “Promotion”). Nutmeg Saving & Investment Limited (“Nutmeg”) is the promoter. The terms set out here are the “Promotional Offer T&Cs”.


2. As part of this Promotion, if you open a Nutmeg investment pot with an Income Investing style (“Income Investing pot”), you will pay 0% portfolio management fees (“Promotional Fee Rate”) on your Income Investing pot until 31st December 2025 at 23:59.


3. The main agreement between you and Nutmeg is set out in the Nutmeg Standard T&Cs, which are available here. The Nutmeg Standard T&Cs govern how Nutmeg will provide investment services to you. The Promotional Offer T&Cs set out additional terms, including some which amend the Nutmeg Standard T&Cs. You should read both the Nutmeg Standard T&Cs and the Promotional Offer T&Cs before taking up this Promotion.


4. The capitalised words in these Promotional Offer T&Cs have the same meaning as in the Nutmeg Standard T&Cs, unless they are expressly given a different meaning here.


5. If there is an inconsistency between (a) the Promotional Offer T&Cs; and (b) the Nutmeg Standard T&Cs, these Promotional Offer T&Cs will apply.


Availability


6. This Promotion is open to New and Existing Customers (defined below) who wish to open an Income Investing Pot.


a. “Existing Customers” are individuals who are already Nutmeg customers when they create an Income Investing pot;

b. “New Customers” are individuals who have not invested with, or used the services of Nutmeg before and who meet the eligibility requirements in Section 1.1 and section 1.2 of the Nutmeg Standard T&Cs [link] at the date of opening an account, including being UK resident and not a U.S. person.


7. An Income Investing pot can only be opened within a Nutmeg Stocks and Shares ISA or General Investment Account. The Promotional Fee Rate will only apply to investments in the Income Investing pot. In addition to the Promotional Fee Rate, additional costs may apply to your investments, for example where we carry out transactions on your behalf. More detail can be found in the Schedule of fees and charges of the Nutmeg Standard T&Cs.


Accepting the offer


8. To accept Nutmeg’s offer and receive the Promotional Fee Rate until 31st December 2025 at 23:59, you must create an Income Investing pot which New Customers can do when you onboard and Existing Customers can do via your Nutmeg dashboard or app. You must fund your Income Investing pot with the minimum investment amount specified in the Nutmeg Standard T&Cs.


9. If you fund your Income Investing pot via a transfer of an ISA to Nutmeg from a third party provider, you will need to select the 'income investing' style for the pot once the transfer has completed. Nutmeg does not currently support transfers of general investment accounts from third party providers.


When will the Promotional Fee Rate be applied


10. The Promotional Fee Rate will be applied automatically to each Income Investing pot you create. In the case of transfers this will be from when you select the ‘income investing’ style for the pot in accordance with Section 9.


11. The Promotional Fee Rate is only available until 31st December 2025 at 23:59. From 1st January 2026 at 00:00 the standard Nutmeg fees and charges which cover your chosen product will apply.


General


12. Nutmeg cannot be held responsible for any issue or delays in transferring an ISA caused by your current provider.


13. In addition to its rights in the Nutmeg Standard T&Cs, Nutmeg reserves the right to change, terminate or withdraw the Promotion immediately without notice to you in cases of:


a. suspected abuse, fraud or violation of its rules;

b. your failure to comply with any obligations under these Promotional Offer T&Cs; or

c. unexpected operational constraints.


14. We may terminate or withdraw this Promotion at any time by giving you reasonable written notice before this happens.


15. We may change these Promotional Offer T&Cs at any time. Any changes we make to Promotional Offer T&Cs will be effective immediately on posting to the website. Unless legal or regulatory obligations prevent us from doing so or where the change is not to your disadvantage (e.g. making these terms easier to understand), we will give you reasonable prior written notice of any change to these Promotional Offer T&Cs before these take effect.


16. Where the Promotional Fee Rate is changed, terminated or withdrawn in accordance with this section, these Promotional Offer T&Cs will no longer apply.


17. These Promotional Offer T&Cs shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

20. If we need to get in touch with you, we will send you a Nutmail. You must sign in to our website to read any Nutmail messages we send to you. We may also call you by phone, use email or the post to contact you. We aren't responsible if you don't get information or notices from us because we've used out-of-date contact details. That's why it's really important that you:

- tell us as soon as possible if your contact details change; and

- check your emails and Nutmail regularly.
