Taking part in Nutmeg Research Studies - T&Cs

Here's a short guide to why we do market research interviews with clients and how we use the content from interviews.

We’re trying to ensure everyone in Nutmeg understands our clients

All research at Nutmeg is designed to help teams within Nutmeg better understand our clients needs and expectations. Your participation responses are voluntary and will be stored on our third-party feedback platform. The research summaries will be aggregated and we'll never share your name in any findings or reports. As a global firm, we may share this data with our colleagues in the research or product teams outside the UK.

We share quotes with colleagues to help communicate our clients needs

To help illustrate insights and feedback to the teams responsible for our technology and services, we may use a clip of you speaking or a quote you made during the session in any internal post-research presentations. These clips or quotes will be non-attributed and will only be shared with the teams described. The sessions may also include observers from the engineering or product teams who will join to understand how the product is performing for users like yourself.

Quotes stay internal only, this is for research, not marketing.

Employee use only: Your responses won't be attributed to you and none of your personal data will shared unless you provide information that describes conduct likely or potentially prohibited by the firm’s Code of Conduct. We will only pass on your details to colleagues if you request it (for example if you request a call from one of our customer service team)
